Introduction FAQ : What is FluxRender? FluxRender is a cloud rendering platform that allows users to upload 3D projects and render them using high-performance cloud machines. Will my project and renders be secure on FluxRender? Yes, absolutely. FluxRender uses secure cloud infrastructure and industry-standard storage solutions to help keep your project files and rendered outputs secure. We use LucidLink for storing project data, which follows security and compliance standards, including: SOC 2 compliance TPN compliance GDPR compliance Your project files are securely stored and managed throughout the rendering workflow. What is a test render? A test render is a preview render used to verify project settings, textures, lighting, and output quality before starting the full render. Is Test Render chargeable? No, test rendering is completely free. Charges will only apply when you proceed with the final render. Why does my project go into “Analysing” status? During the analysis stage, FluxRender checks your project files, plugins, textures, assets, and render settings before rendering starts. What happens after the test render is completed? After reviewing the test render output, you can proceed with the full render process if the result matches your expected visual output. What is the difference between test render and Active render? Test render renders preview frames for verification of output. Active render renders the complete project on multiple render nodes. What is consume history? Consume history shows the render consumption details for all scenes processed on FluxRender. What is transaction history? Transaction history displays all payment transactions made on FluxRender and allows you to download receipts. Can I download my rendered files anytime? Yes. Once rendering is completed, your rendered output files will be available for download for 14 days . After that, the files will be automatically deleted from the server. If you need additional storage time, please contact the support team. What if my software, render engine, or plugin is not listed? If your software, render engine, or plugin is not listed on FluxRender, kindly contact the support team. Our team can specially configure the required environment and setup to help complete your project successfully. If I am away from my system, how will I know my render is ready? Rendering: Your first, middle, and last 3 frames are being rendered for verification. Quick Render Preview Tools for Architectural Visualisation You can quickly preview your architectural renders, animations, walkthroughs, and image sequences using the following software: 1. DJV : Professional playback and review tool ideal for architectural animation and visualisation workflows. 2. mrViewer : Lightweight open-source viewer for high-resolution render sequences and EXR files. 3. Chaos Player : Optimised for V-Ray and Corona users to review architectural renders and walkthrough animations in real time. • [Approve Test Render](https://app.theneo.io/fluxrender/doc/start-seq-render/new-section.md): Click the Approve button after completing the payment to start the full render of your scene. Before starting the full render, you can review the render settings summary, including: Frame Range Resolution Total Render Time You will receive the guaranteed cost of the scene before the final render starts. • [Full Render Status](https://app.theneo.io/fluxrender/doc/start-seq-render/full-render-status.md): Click on the Active Button The full render process is divided into three statuses: Queue: Looking for available nodes to start the full render. Rendering: Full render has started rendering on multiple nodes. Completed: Full render is finished and ready to download to your system. How do I know when my full render is ready? You can check the date and time under the Delivery Time column to see the estimated completion time for your full render. Consume History allows you to check the resource usage and consumption details of all scenes rendered through Active Render. It helps you track the render usage, render cost, and consumption history for each project or scene. How to open Consume History? 1 Click on the second icon to open Consume History. 2 Here, you will find the report of all scenes you have submitted to Active Render. • [Transactions Histroy](https://app.theneo.io/fluxrender/doc/transactions-histroy.md): What is Transactions History? Transaction History is where you can check all the transactions made on FluxRender. You can also download the receipt for each transaction. How to open the Transactions history? 1 Click on the third icon to open Transactions History. 2 Here, you will find the report of all transactions you have made on FluxRender.
