Bulk Delete Trading Accounts

Let's a Broker API user delete multiple trading accounts in one request by providing a systemUuid and a list of trading account logins. The deletion is performed only in the CRM database (not in Manager), and the response indicates which trading accounts were removed and which (e.g. IB/SUB IB with existing IB relationships) could not be deleted and why.

Deletes selected trading accounts only from the platform and CRM; the accounts remain stored in the Manager and can be restored if needed.
