Access Key & Secret Key

When a new service is set up, Tuned Global provides an Access Key and Secret Key. These credentials are required for authenticating requests to certain APIs.

Usage

Access Key

Acts as a public identifier for your service. It must be included with requests where authentication is required.

Secret Key

Serves as the private component of your credentials. It must be kept secure and never exposed publicly. The Secret Key is used to generate HMAC signatures to verify the integrity and authenticity of requests.

Applicable APIs

All HMAC-secured APIs

Requests must be signed using the Access Key and Secret Key.

All TConnect V1 endpoints

Both the Access Key and Secret Key are mandatory for requests.

Security Notes

• Do not share your Secret Key outside of your service environment.
• If a key is compromised, contact Tuned Global immediately to request a replacement.
