August 14th Release
Email-Based Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Overview: Security is a top priority, and with this release, we've enhanced account protection by introducing Email-Based Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This feature ensures that even if a user's password is compromised, their account remains secure through a second layer of authentication.
Key Features:
- Enabling 2FA in Workspace Settings:
- Admin Control: Workspace administrators now have the ability to enforce 2FA across the entire workspace. By simply toggling the 2FA option in the workspace settings, admins can ensure that all users must set up and use 2FA for enhanced security.
- User Setup Flow:
- Upon login, if 2FA is required, users will be prompted to set it up. The system generates a one-time setup code that is sent to the user’s registered email address. Users must enter this code within 10 minutes to complete the setup process. If the code is invalid or expired, the user will be prompted to try again.
Benefits:
- Enhanced Account Security: By requiring a second authentication factor, you significantly reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
- User-Friendly: The email-based approach ensures that all users, regardless of technical expertise, can easily comply with the 2FA requirements.
ChatGPT Analytics
Overview: Introducing ChatGPT Analytics, a feature that empowers you to gain deeper insights into how users interact with ChatGPT within your project. This tool is designed to provide comprehensive visibility into user queries and interactions, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Key Features:
- Data Capture:
- Automatic Question Logging: Every ChatGPT search question submitted by users is now automatically captured and stored, ensuring that you have a complete record of interactions.
- Answer Storage: In addition to questions, corresponding answers are also saved, allowing for a holistic view of the ChatGPT interactions.
- Analytics Display:
- Interactive Display: The analytics page now features a dedicated section where all captured ChatGPT search questions are displayed in a clear, list-based format. Answers are initially collapsed for ease of navigation but can be expanded as needed.
- Data Filtering and Export: To make data management easier, we've added search, allowing you to focus on specific queries. Additionally, you can download the data for offline analysis or reporting.
Use Cases:
- Project Performance Monitoring: Track the types of queries users are making to understand usage patterns.
- Content Improvement: Use insights from the captured questions and answers to refine project content or provide better user support.
Note: This feature is only available when the ChatGPT functionality is enabled for your project. If disabled, GPT search analytics will not be displayed on the analytics page.
